Shipping Policy

At Nature’s Meal, we strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible. The number of days it takes to receive your purchase depends on the delivery method selected at checkout. If you’re experiencing any delays with your shipment, please email us at info@naturesmeal.com with your order number and we’ll be pleased to assist.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders within the contiguous lower 48’s of the United States and the District of Columbia. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged for standard shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Refund & Return Policy

Customers may initiate a return request within ninety (90) calendar days from the date the order was delivered. Requests made after this 90-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery.

To be eligible for a full refund, products must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, opened products may be denied at our discretion, unless the return is due to a documented adverse reaction or product defect.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Support Team at info@naturesmeal.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send the item(s) back.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Any shipping charges will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Discount Policy

Nature’s Meal periodically offers discount codes for sales and promotions. These should be entered at checkout. Discount codes are only available for a limited as specified with each applicable code.

  1. Discount codes may not be combined or applied to prior orders.
  2. Discount codes may not be used on Sale/Clearance items unless otherwise stated.
  3. Discount codes apply to in-stock merchandise only.
  4. Discounts codes do not apply to gift card purchase, shipping tax or other fees unless specified in the promotion.
  5. To apply a discount code to your order, follow the prompts in the Cart while checking out. Your subtotal will be adjusted accordingly.
